Martinez is currently charging for access to the beach and pool chairs. I wonder if the Grand Hyatt Martinez will have a 'resort fee'. Looking at the beach chairs on the Martinez web site, you have the strange feeling to be back in an airplane...Can't wait for April 1 to see the prices on hyatt.com
