It gives your their address, open times, phone and fax numbers. I hope you get it sorted out quickly, let us know how you get on.
I doubt the nearest office will be able to support as they will probably redirect you back to the online claim site.
I would just try it again.
I can't recall if you have the ability to respond to their rejection or not via e-mail or online but if you can send them the boarding pass stub with the ticket number.
Keep in mind you do not enter the first three numbers, if I recall correctly, of the ticket number.
