this is obviously not manufacturer defect. but after a handful of flights, trains, and automobile trips, it was an EU shorthaul that destroyed my lock (the last remaining number wheel and protective plate just fell off)

the latch still works. do you think rimowa will repair it under warranty? i will also happen to be in Koeln in the next few weeks
