The best way to ask this is with an example, so here goes:

Let's say I earn Silver in June of this year - I get Silver for the remainder of this year and all of 2014. Now let's say that in August of 2014 I earn another 25k PQM. Since my initial 25k PQM were in 2013, would my new 25k go towards renewing silver for 2015 or would it bump me up to gold for the remainder of 2014 and then expire in December (or even better, roll over to 2015)?
