Have you heard anything from them? I converted £17.50 in CC vouchers to Avios four days ago and they still have not posted. As you say, usually it is instant.

On a different but related note, I requested my household account be dissolved so I could transfer some miles from Avios to BAEC - I sent them the form by email - and it took over a week for them to perform the request.

Avios are really helpful on the phone but I'm starting to be concerned about their backoffice efficiency. (Oo-er missus).
