Presumably if you are flying ORD-PRG on BA, you are going via LHR.
You will be flying Club Europe (business class) on the LHR-PRG sector. I've never seen Club Europe luggage tags, although there are Club World tags for longhaul (and First tags too). Not worth going landside for though! Just stay airside following the purple flight connections signs.
Cabin and priority tags do not actually do anything on BA - the priority nature of the bags is all in the barcode.
