Agreed! If this person isn't reprimanded, there will be a next time, and a next person stuck in a Mexican prison. To be honest, I wouldn't have even known that I shouldn't travel with a ripped passport. It makes sense, but I would have relied on what the DL employee told me. So will the next person.

Also agree that if DL has stopped making offers, it's time to talk to an attorney.
