I did the AA one and have not received mine yet either, but the T&C says 8-10 weeks.

Terms and conditions: This bonus offer is open to AAdvantage® members that are enrolled in the AAdvantage eShoppingSM mall as of November 18, 2012. To earn the bonus, you must shop with a participating online merchant through the AAdvantage eShoppingSM mall website or the AAdvantage eShoppingSM assistant between November 18, 2012 and December 17, 2012. You may earn 500 American Airlines AAdvantage® bonus miles for every $250.00 spent at a participating online merchant through the AAdvantage eShoppingSM mall website or assistant, up to a maximum of 2,000 AAdvantage® bonus miles. Returns, shipping and taxes are not eligible for this bonus offer. Please allow 8-10 weeks from end of the bonus offer period for any AAdvantage® bonus miles to post to your AAdvantage® account.
