I'm a Premier Silver, and the promotion email I received this morning was 20% off for 6k-14k, 30% off for 15k-39k, 40% off for 40k+.

I'm down to Gold from 1k last year, accured 12K PQM's so far this year, and have nothing but awards booked for the remainder of the year.
Looks like my plan for going for GM next year is already working out
Edited to add: 2.3 cents per mile is not bad but, *A miles can be purchased for much cheaper though other airlines. So think I will pass this time around.
