I am trying to phone BA Executive Club to get an upgrade from WTP+ to CW with avios (I have enough and I have confirmed award availibility) but the phone number doesn't seem to work. This is the Norwegian number which directs to Bremen. I just get a message "Sorry we have technical problems, please call again later". Anyone else who has got this problem today? Can always call tomorrow, but it is nice to get this thing done.
