I've set it up for my firm, and have just bought Office 2013 Professional Plus for £8.95 - it's yours to keep even if you leave the company, is delivered as a download (you can pay £9 for them to post you a DVD too) and they email you a serial key.
It's not a legal version once you leave the company though.

This temporary licence expires with the employers Software Assurance coverage, or upon termination of employment with the covered customer.
