LED to DME??? Why? Go LED to VNO. Transaero and UTAir both fly this route.
If you must fly to DME, forget a costly taxi and the MKAD route! Get the Aeroexpress train to Paveletski Station, the metro to Kieveskaya Station and Aeroexpress to VNO. Max this will take is two hours
