As I travel Economy I can get an extra 7kg so that would be OK, before I could have got an extra 9kg with a heavy charge.

The problem will be that I will not be able to go shopping when I go to Europe or Australia as extra baggage will cost a fortune to ship back.

It will be cheaper to ship a box of goodies back instead of taking them through personally like we have been able to do in the past.

I have a ticket booked in April so we can still buy extra bags for that flight but after that it will be strictly one bag only. I wont pay Qantas money for carrying my stuff if they are ripping me off. I hate being ripped off, I feel cheated. I do not mind paying a fair price and supporting my countries airline
