Those who travel economy are generally better off being allowed 30Kg rather than 23Kg , but those wanting to take larger amounts of luggage in economy are worse off
Those in business/1st will def be worse off

I often take an extra bag with me as I travel for long periods and go from one climate to another, many people it will not effect. Im just saying that in my case I will be a lot worse off and may have to choose another carrier, some people may be better off and come accross from other carriers.
