I have used AACargo to ship air-shots of cherries from WA and CA to the East Coast and SJU. That kind of shipping (perishable) is a lot different than one case like yours- LD3's/etc full of dry ice and cherries are a bit different than conference materials.

But it is worth a call to AACargo to see what they say for your situation. 20 min of your time may save you money or a headache.
