I feel for you. Good headphones are good for engine noise, not necessarily for noise and, um, turbulence right next to you. I agree, hit the call button, give the FA a nice smile and nod towards the offensive noise-maker. I'm sure this isn't the first similar incident the FA has encountered.
I wouldn't call the FA unless you've already tried continuously waking the person up. While they probably have dealt with the issue, they would still be just as uncomfortable as you. Probably more so since there's pressure to satisfy your needs while at the same time trying not to offend another passenger. I say deal with it yourself. headphones, earplugs.
