If it was SVO I would say no. VKO is a different story

If you're taking a taxi it may work. Maybe. But you're cutting it close. From DME, up the MKAD and down to Leningradsky Prospect, I would say 1 hour, if no traffic. That road from DME to the city is a small two lane highway ( I would say small by US standards). And sometimes its backed up. The road from MKAD to VKO is very nice (all the way to Kaluga)

Lately Transaero has bene moving their long haul operations from DME to VKO for reasons I don't know why, there may be a Transaero organized transfer.

Save yourself the hassle and flight straight from LED to VKO. That would be the best.
