Your bags will be tagged with Oneworld priority tags at ORD if you reclaim and then recheck them. These are, however, almost universally ignored. In fact, if you can persuade AA to check your bags to your final destination, and you can show that your continuing flight is on a oneworld First leg, they might well put an orange tag on it at your point of departure.
Don't let the word "priority" fool you into thinking your bags might get some kind of priority, though.
