Wow, that's reasonable!!! I'd get a paint pen from Autozone and do it myself,not refinish the bumber, if it was my car, and I'm pretty particular.

I guess one thing that upsets me is the car had a lot of tar on both rear quarter panels (that I had noted during check out inspection). When I asked about that they told me it was just road stuff....

I picked up a car from Hertz yesterday and pointed out a bumper scratch during inspection. The agent just said , Oh yeah, I can note that, but we really don't worry about scratches and dents under a quarter in size. Yeah, Hertz.
