I maxed out my $500 purchase increments to a total of $2000 in holiday purchases via the AA shopping mall. The bonus shopping period ran for a month, from Nov 17 to Dec 17, if I remember correctly. So it's been 6 weeks.

The United bonuses ran till 12/31.
