Name change on folio after checkin

So this is a weird one.

I went to HNL with my dad last week, and we stayed at the Moana. I booked the room from my account (for plat benefits, points, etc.), but because I was arriving later than my dad I asked for the hotel to add his name to the reservation so he would be able to check in without me.

When we got there, he was able to check in no problems, but it's been about a week and the points haven't posted yet. So, upon looking at the folio (didn't catch this at checkout), it looks like they'd removed my name completely from the reservation and replaced it with his. Obviously this means the points didn't post to my account. My concern is that, when I go to the Missing Stay page, it says the name on the folio must match the name on my account (understandable). What am I supposed to do in this case?
