I e-mailed Clubcard to check the status and they e-mailed back ,saying sorry but as they do not have access to the BAEC system,there is nothing they can do???
They give me a link to contact the BAEC, just checked it and there is an address and a phone number,but no e-mail address.
Is this correct? Is there an e-mail address for the Executive Club?
If you mean the current quarter, I would not panic. Mine have yet to post and its still early in the cycle - I've only received 2 of my 4 statements so far this quarter.
