I see that you have re-posted this to the AA board, so I'll close this thread. For future reference, FT discourages "cross-posting," or posting the same thread to multiple boards. As Jerry mentioned, moderators can move threads between boards, so that you (and we) don't have to play "Whack-a-Mole" with the same topics.
