With the issue of booking Comfort multi-city itineraries and wanting to use miles for upgrades, I figure this will be the best way to do so during my next trip (for getting ticket for the following trip).
I am not sure that the Taksim office is open at present with all the construction going on in Taksim. You may want to try and purchase the tickets at the sales office at the airport (across from the A check-in counters on the departures level)
