Recently took a trip: SFO-EU on sUA / 747 ; EU-Asia on LH / 333 ; EU-EWR on sCO / 767

Seat: sUA / sCO > LH

IFE: sUA / sCO > LH

UA had lots and lots of choices on + nice screens, IFE menu on sUA was more convenient and had more recent product, sCO IFE had very rich selection of older movies (90s and on). IFE on LH is simply depressing - I ended up watching stuff on my tablet.

Food: sUA / sCO > LH

Service: sUA > LH > sCO

What the heck is wrong with sCO FAs? Never had such a bad service. Haven't seen the FA serving me smile once. One time she replied to my "thank you" "you're welcome" over her shoulder as she was walking away. I had to approach the galley several times for a refill. One of those time, I spent about twenty seconds staring at the FAs talking to each other before she asked me how she could help me. I sincerely hope that whatever problems sCO FAs are having in their lives will get resolved soon. In contrast, the service on SFO-EU 747 (lower deck) was simply great. Very cheerful and smiley FAs, and while I was awake, the service has been very frequent. Service on LH was just a notch below sUA.
