They did leave connections out, but airport shots were in OMA, STL, and DTW primarily (LAS and MIA too?). Per wiki, AA did not pay, just gave filming locations...which is odd since they cover up the DL logos at DTW.
IND and MKE are smaller markets and do have sky clubs, fwiw. Smallest in the system?
