This would be a good time to find a good photography store in Iceland.
I doubt any photography stores would carry this kind of stuff. Light painting (on the scale OP is talking about) is rather rare.
Maybe try buying one on Amazon and having it delivered to your hotel? If you arrange beforehand, maybe you can get them to hold it for you until you get there.
