Request Aerpolan Missing Mileage Credit - Avianca
Went to the Aeroplan site to request a missing mileage credit for an Avianca fligh that I took from Bogota to Washington Dulles and in the pull down menu of Star Alliance airlines, it doesn't show Avianca as an available airline.

What gives? Avianca is still a Star Alliance Partner. Is this an AP "enhancement" that I missed?
