Interesting report. The MO in LAS looks very luxurious indeed. Beautiful bathrooms and furnishings.
I must admit I'm not compelled to visit LAS any time soon. Just not my cup of tea. Perhaps I'd like to visit once just to say I've been, but that's about it.
VX looks like an interesting off-shoot of VS. I'm not sure about in the US, but in Europe it certainly isn't standard configuration for narrowbody Airbus aircraft to have the galley in that configuration. On most scheduled non-budget airlines, there is more galley equipment and a wardrobe aft of Doors 1, making the break between the door area and cabin more apparent. One certainly can't see into the galley to the same extent as on the VX-configured aircraft.
I'm not sure what the point of the cheese plate is really, as it does look rather small, but it's well presented for what it is.
The hard product looks pretty decent when compared to AA/UA/DL.
