I think Chris is a good person, at heart (i.e. we've had several nice email chats). And, I just sent him an email offering to help him defend himself against our criticisms.

Look; if you were him, saying that we are jerks would be a smart business decision because IB is paying big bucks for the google ads, and negativity is far more compelling than saying we are great people.

At the same time, I expect him to reply to this thread in order to offer a simple apology to all of us road warriors, who prefer sitting in the front of the plane.

I don't care whether or not he amends his blog post because it is probably good for his business, as it stands. I just want him to engage with us directly, and participate in this discussion. If we tell him a bit more about our weekly routines, I am pretty sure that he will get the picture.
