As long as you're reading the full fare rules and know what you're in for. On the website, "Changeable" doesn't necessarily mean there isn't a fee to do so. Same with "Refundable". If you're looking at that itinerary review page that says "This ticket is changeable/refundable" you need to click into the fare rules to see what you're really in for.
Yes absolutely this. I didn't state this strongly/clearly enough. Read the full fare rules.

However, with a B fare and the outbound already flown, it's not going to be too expensive even if you do have to pay a little something.
