Given you don't have a particular destination in mind, I'd say your odds of finding something acceptable for 100k miles each is 90%+ as long as you don't require non stops. Don't forget you can do creative things like a stopover to add an extra city to your visit.

Basically all of Europe should be pretty decent for you, Turkey, Italy etc. Maybe even Brazil or Argentina.

People would be much more satisfied with their miles if they were as flexible as you.
