Most ATMs don't charge a fee for cards in their network (whatever their network happens to be). There are countless examples of these - these are everywhere.
It's the rare ATM that doesn't charge a fee regardless of what network the card is in (or if it has no network at all). Those are nice (and hard to find).
And for those of you who are still confused, OP is looking for ATMs that don't charge fees for any card, not cards that don't charge fees for any ATM (like Schwab). Big difference.
