Thanks for your response. The fare rules state changes permitted, so it should be change-able with no cost except possibly do to fares having moved up at the time of re-pricing (if re-pricing is necessary).
As long as you're reading the full fare rules and know what you're in for. On the website, "Changeable" doesn't necessarily mean there isn't a fee to do so. Same with "Refundable". If you're looking at that itinerary review page that says "This ticket is changeable/refundable" you need to click into the fare rules to see what you're really in for.
