So Group 1 has now become FC, 1K, Plat and anyone with a mobile BP?

I flew ORD-DEN 5pm on Thu and BG1 was approximately 40 people on a 752. That's almost a quarter of the plane. BG2 looked even worse. My guess is 60% boarded in these two groups.
