I've had premium bus arrivals for CE (note - not F ) at T3 and T5, but never any premium departure bus I can recall, whatever the cabin or route The CE arrivals bus experience now seems to be consistent, and credit where it's due this IS a significant improvement (finally) ^ But there is much for BA to still fix in this area.
