Awful.
Usually I wouldn't care about Upgrades, but this was our first flight with our baby, and while she did well, it would have been nice knowing that 100k+ miles last year was spend on something slightly worthwhile...

Unless you spend at least $50k a year United doesn't care about you. That's the clear and consistent message we receive. They know about their IT issues, yet they don't think it's worth their time to fix it. The only thing we can do is vote with our feet and money, because other airlines will readily take less than $50k and treat you well.
