Best Flight Diary Software for Offline Use?

Hi,

I'm looking for an easy and fairly low-effort way to keep track of my past flights and get as much statistics out of that as possible.

I'm aware that there are several website out there which seem to do that job more or less nicely and for free (including diagrams etc.), like flightdiary.net

However, I am not a big fan of the "cloud", you never know how long those services are around and with most free offers the old rule holds true that if you don't have to pay anything, you most likely are the product.

Until recently, I've tried to track my flights, cabins, aircraft types and earned miles/points per leg in a table in OneNote as part of my occasional travel notes, which looks nicer than Excel but has zero options to do statistics, calculations etc.
Also, it's really tedious as I have to track down and enter every piece of relevant information myself.

So what I'm looking for, ideally, is an offline version (formely known as "a piece of software", i.e. not an app or website) of flightdiary and the like that allows me to put in flight no., date and cabin - and fills out the rest automatically (like distance flown, tier points earned, airports visited, aircraft used), as well as giving the usual statistics (e.g. "my shortest/longest flight"). Ideally, this would be presented nicely, along with a map display etc.

Does anybody know of such a program? Is there even one out there? I'd be interested to hear any suggestions!

Thanks!
