I am sure you will get bonuses if you got approved. The problem is that Citibank finally realized why people apply for 2 similar cards simultaneously. Supervisor told me that if I want AMEX they can give me AMEX but not AA Amex (I don't know if Citibank issues AMEX cards beside AA card). Probably too many people called last two weeks begging for the second card so now they started to act firmly.
