No, initially BOTH cards were denied due to too many recent enquiries. They were 4th in line after an app-o-rama. Plus Barclays had pulled both TU and Experian unbeknownst to me until a couple days ago so Citi reconsideration saw 6 apps done all in one day (2 of which were my attempted 2BT).

I have been seeing a lot of reports for the Biz card that people are being asked to send in a utility/phone bill and a copy of a bank statement. Bank statement in my name at US address I can manage, but I don't have any utilities, phone or mortgage in my name in the USA. I can't do another app-o-rama until August now as I want to let 6 months go by with no Experian hits. I want the Chase Ink Bold even more than I want the Citi AA Biz.
