This is why the problem hasn't been addressed. I bet there's not a carrier in the US equipped to cover the PR and legal fees required to handle the mammoth discrimination lawsuit that such a policy would certainly cause.

I would pay more than a 100 pound woman but I'd certainly feel it was more fair than the current method of turning a blind eye.
