Last October I took what I could find and booked the following saver F award LAX-ORD-IAD-CDG-BKK. The first 4 segments are UA F, CDG-BKK is TG F.

Since the original booking date the connection time in ORD has decreased from 1:20 down to 49 minutes because of schedule changes. MCT at ORD is 29 minutes. If LAX-ORD is delayed and I miss ORD-IAD what is United's policy on rebooking? I'm premier silver.

Will they find me an F seat directly from ORD to CDG to catch the TG F flight? I checked and there are currently no saver F awards ORD-CDG, only standard awards. The LAX-IAD non-stop shows standard F awards as well.

Should I call the premier line and see if they will change the LAX-ORD-IAD to LAX-IAD at no charge because of the shrinking MCT in ORD or wait to see what happens?
