I generally notice my day of arrival the hotel will pre-book me on the concierge floor. Up until now I thought the only difference was a couple bottles of water and a bathrobe, but I just realized they often offer more.

Concierge floor - 42 inch TV
Regular floor - 37 inch TV

Hotel 2
Concierge floor - Living area/sofa bed
Regular floor - no sofa bed

Hotel 3

Concierge floor - 300-350 sq ft
Regular floor - 250 sq ft


I have never really paid attention before. I just thought it was kinda neat.
