Call BA. Tell them it's showing on the interwebs as available, but it won't let you book online (probably due to the connection?). If it's something that's not possible online, they should also waive the offline reservation fee [if they don't, hang up and try someone else].
I think the problem might be that the seats will be gone by the morning when the lines open
