Pretty much but you have to add exit row with full recline to the highest price seats.
I do not see price variations on non-E+ 738s vs converted 738s. The bulkheads and the exits rows on the non-converted are considered E+ and have exactly the same pricing in exactly the same routes as the converted ones.
