What does traveling to India have to do with it? When you say the pieces are broken off are you referring to the four towers? I think the issue is that the glue gets dry and they fall down. Mine was the same, years ago. Just glue them back in place. The box... well, once it is out for display the box just gets tossed. Still, a comment about it is good so they do a better job sourcing them in the future. I've been to India 66 times. I don't understand your point.
My point was that I would feel like a bigger tool than I already do by asking for a replacement considering all that goes on in the country. That's just me. Further, I was only asking how I should proceed.
