So I'm at the ITC Agra, and I selected the local gift at check-in. Didn't receive it until I asked an agent toward the end of my stay what happened. Got the Taj replica after dinner. However, the box is busted up, and pieces are broken off the thing. Leave it and complain? Or take it and tinker with it at home? What would you guys do? Yes, I realise I look like an ... asking his question, but I've never had this happen when selecting a local gift.
