I had been flying a couple of weeks ago with LCC for the first time in over 2 years and I did regret that. I hope only that LH does not create a new mess that you have to check very detailed what carrier you go on what segment.

At the end of the day, I have no problem to pay extra for lounge and fast track if the ticket is cheap, but I won't buy into a LCC pattern where I am rushing from a meeting to my next flight to just miss then the flight because of standard LCC cattle lane rip off procedures, connection problems and so on.

I won't even buy less into losing the SEN hotline for certain flights, because at that moment I really will switch back to Carlson Wagonlit and will let them sort out whatever bearable connection is available.

I think there is no way around then having to pay for extra services, but not offering them at all will s*uck, having an even greater mess with conditions of carriage, airport amenities/facilities, miles collecting and so on is not going to make it with me. There is no point in wasting hours of valuable time to study fare conditions etc. in avoidance of not getting trapped somewhere.

ps. VIE's new terminal is the greatest BS they could have planned and build there and they succeeded in building it, congratulations!
