The cabana was nice for a connection between 2 longhaul flights but once we had taken showers and changed we gave it up (I guess if you really wanted to watch some tv in a windowless room that might be a reason to stay there longer but it's not that inviting).

If you want to feel like you are making the most of it, you can use the connecting door from south security to the Concorde room.
