Does anyone know if its possible to fly in a higher class for just certain legs of a trip?

Ie: LHR - SYD via KUL economy (but business KUL - SYD)
PER - LHR via KUL economy (but business KUL - LHR)

What if I was to book them as four seperate legs on the same ticket?
